PHASES OF THE DESIGN PROJECT
Stage 1
We remotely enter into a design project agreement. We contact contractors in your city for measurements and provide detailed photo and video documentation of the property. You fill out a detailed client questionnaire and provide images of interior designs you like. We communicate with you remotely via video calls to learn about your preferences, lifestyle, in order to develop the design project as accurately as possible.
Stage 2
We create a layout solution that maximally satisfies your needs. We analyze the completed questionnaire, information gathered during personal communication, as well as the provided interior references. We employ our methodology to accurately determine the stylistic approach of the design project.
Stage 3
We develop the concept of the future interior. We select the color scheme, finishing materials, furniture, plumbing fixtures, and accessories.
We create detailed collages to showcase the combination of the selected elements. We generate photorealistic 3D visualizations for each space, allowing you to see the rooms in full volume. We inspire you with the beauty of the future interior.
Stage 4
We develop a detailed package of construction drawings with layouts for each room.
We design the kitchen and the interior of walk-in closets, cabinets, and storage rooms.
Stage 5
We compile a specification list of materials, furniture, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and accessories. The specification list includes everything included in the design project, from furniture to door stops and handles, with links to suppliers.
